新时代师范生评价素养的价值意蕴、基本框架与培育路径——基于教师职业能力标准的视角

The Value Significance of the Evaluation Literacy of Normal Students in the New Era——Based on the Perspective of Teacher Professional Competence Standards

摘要 师范生是未来教师队伍的第一资源,教育评价改革作为新时代教育高质量发展的关键破局点,对未来教师队伍的专业能力提出了革命性要求。基于教师职业能力标准的视角来看,培育“未来教师”师范生的评价素养是锻造新时代高素质教师队伍的必然要求,也是推动落实新时代教育评价改革的使命任务,更是衡定教师职业素养专业性向的重要标尺。作为教师核心职业素养的重要组成部分,新时代师范生评价素养包括知识素养、语言素养、数据素养和伦理素养,其培育需要建立高标准的评价课程体系的主渠道、打造一体化的评价实践模式的主阵地、打通连贯性的评价反思环节的主动脉。 Normal students are the first resource for the future teaching staff,and educational evaluation reform,as a key breakthrough point for the high-quality development of education in the new era,has put forward revolutionary requirements for the professional abilities of the future teaching staff.Based on the perspective of teacher professional competence standards,cultivating the evaluation literacy of“future teacher”normal students is an inevitable requirement for building a high-quality teaching team in the new era,as well as a mission to promote the implementation of education evaluation reform in the new era.It is also an important criterion for maintaining the professionalism of teacher professional competence.As an important component of the core professional competence of a teacher,the evaluation literacy of normal students in the new era includes knowledge literacy,language literacy,data literacy,and ethical literacy.The cultivation requires the establishment of a high standard evaluation curriculum system as the main channel,the creation of an integrated evaluation practice model as the main battlefield,and the connection of the main artery of coherent evaluation reflection.
