摘要
针对大功率超高压工况下传统架构柱塞泵柱塞受力工况恶劣、可靠性差的问题,提出一种新架构的离散缸体式超高压柱塞泵,针对超高压工况下柱塞副变形,提出一种柱塞变形预补偿的设计方法以规避间隙过大的风险。基于离散缸体式柱塞泵的工作原理,建立柱塞副的力学及变形数学模型,应用ANSYS-Workbench仿真平台对变形求解。采用变形预补偿方法对比柱塞不同微观形貌下的高压变形,以及不同工况下的变形波动,验证该方法的有效性,减小了高压下柱塞副的间隙波动,为后续超高压柱塞泵设计提供参考。
To address the problems of traditional piston pumps under high power and ultra-high pressure,this paper proposes a discrete cylinder type piston pump with a new structure.The design method of pre-compensation for piston deformation under ultra-high pressure is offered to avoid the risk of excessive clearance.First,based on the working principle of discrete cylinder piston pump,the mathematical model of mechanics and deformation of the piston pair is built,and the deformation is solved by ANSYS-Workbench simulation platform.Then,the deformation pre-compensation method is employed to study and compare the high-pressure deformation of piston under different micro-morphologies and the deformation fluctuation under different working conditions.The effectiveness of the method is verified,and the gap fluctuation of piston pair under high pressure is reduced,providing a theoretical basis for the design of ultra-high pressure piston pumps.
