摘要
为了解决地心隧洞进口箱涵弧形顶拱混凝土模板及支撑体系施工难题,对箱涵弧形顶拱混凝土模板支撑体系进行优化并创新设计出工字钢支撑系统,该支撑系统采用专用设备分单元加工、模块化组装,相对于传统满堂脚手架,具有安拆快速便捷、安全性高、稳定性好、能最大限度满足弧形顶拱结构施工要求等优点。
To address the construction challenges of the concrete formwork and support system for the arched top slab of the box culvert at the entrance of a subterranean tunnel,the support system was optimized and innovatively designed into an I-beam support system.This system uses specialized equipment for unit-by-unit processing and modular assembly.Compared to traditional full-frame scaffolding,the I-beam support system offers advantages such as quick and convenient assembly and disassembly,high safety,excellent stability,and maximum compliance with the construction requirements of arched top slab structures.
