水利工程分洪隧洞进口过渡段水闸水位控制方法

Water Level Control Method for Inlet Transition Section Sluice Gate of Flood Diversion Tunnel in Water Conservancy Projects

摘要 在水利工程分洪隧洞进口过渡段水闸水位控制中,处理实时采集和统计得到的水位信息,为水闸水位控制提供精准数据。采用经验模态分解方法分析水位信息,确定合理的水闸水位控制标准,计算水闸在动力作用下的荷载情况,包括闸门自重、水流上托力和摩擦力。最后,实现水闸水位动态调控,包括预备降水和预备蓄水2个环节,以及洪水减退期的蓄水、洪水上升期的降水和洪峰期的流量调节3个阶段。结果表明,3个闸门的水位位移量均控制在2.5 m内,验证了所提水位控制方法的有效性,确保水位在25~35 m的安全区间波动。 In the water level control of the sluice gate at the inlet transition section of a flood diversion tunnel in water conservancy projects,the water level information obtained through real-time acquisition and statistics is processed to provide precise data for sluice gate water level control.The empirical mode decomposition method is employed to analyze the water level information,thereby determining reasonable water level control standards for the sluice gate.The load conditions of the sluice gate under dynamic forces are calculated,encompassing the self-weight of the gate,the uplift force exerted by the water flow,and the frictional force.Finally,dynamic regulation of the sluice gate water level is achieved,which includes two phases:preparatory water level lowering and preparatory water storage,as well as three stages:water storage during the flood recession period,water level lowering during the flood rising period,and flow regulation during the flood peak period.The results demonstrate that the water level displacements of the three sluice gates are all controlled within 2.5 m,verifying the effectiveness of the proposed water level control method and ensuring that the water level fluctuates within the safe range of 25~35 m.
