摘要
本文在分析2024版工程量清单计价标准的基础上,主要从清单组成、清单计价、合同选择与要求、合同工程计量、合同价款等方面简要介绍了其相对于2013版工程量清单计价规范出现的一些新变化,以及这些变化将会对我国工程建设行业尤其是造价相关工作带来的影响。
Based on an analysis of the 2024 edition of the Standard of Bills of Quantities and Valuation for Construction Works,this paper briefly introduces some new changes relative to the 2013 edition of the Standard of Bills of Quantities and Valuation for Construction Works.These changes pertain to aspects such as the composition of the bill,pricing of quantities bill,contract selection and requirements,measurement of contractual works,and contract prices.The paper also discusses the impacts these changes will have on China's construction industry,particularly in cost-related work.
