摘要
清单工程量与定额工程量是工程招标控制价和投标报价计算的重要指标。清单工程量是依据工程量清单计价规范,基于统一计量规则计算的项目实体量;定额工程量是根据定额计算规则,着重反映施工工艺的实物消耗量。本文以土方工程为例,详细分析了挖沟槽土方清单工程量与定额工程量的计算差异,并引入工程实例进行详细计算对比,进一步明确清单工程量和定额工程量的区别,有助于在工程招投标、项目成本控制、工程结算等环节避免出现计算重复或错项漏项,确保工程造价的准确性。
Bill of quantities and quota of quantities are important indicators for calculating the control price and bidding quotation of engineering bidding.The bill of quantities is the physical quantity of a project calculated based on the pricing standards of the bill of quantities and unified measurement rules;The quota quantity is calculated based on the quota rules,focusing on reflecting the physical consumption of construction technology.This article takes earthwork engineering as an example to analyze in detail the calculation differences between the list quantity and the quota quantity of excavation earthwork,and introduces engineering examples for detailed calculation comparison.It further clarifies the difference between the list quantity and the quota quantity,which helps to avoid calculation duplication or errors in engineering bidding,project cost control,engineering settlement and other links,and ensures the accuracy of engineering cost.
