摘要
“大综合一体化”治理背景下,社会治理检察建议因具备多维属性优势,更容易满足检察履职新要求,但其在实践中暴露出定位模糊、刚性不足、专业度规范度不够等短板。通过提升检察建议书的规范性、专业性,完善程序、考核机制,探索联动机制,激发文书、数据、程序与制度的驱动力,可以提升社会治理检察建议的实践效能。
Under the background of“comprehensive and integrated”governance,prosecution suggestions in social governance are more likely to meet the new requirements of prosecution performance due to their multi-dimensional attribute advantages,but in practice,they expose shortcomings such as blurred positioning,insufficient rigidity and lack of professionalism and standardization.By improving the standardization and professionalism of prosecution proposals,perfecting procedures and assessment mechanisms,exploring linkage mechanisms,and stimulating the driving forces of documents,data,procedures and systems,the practical effectiveness of social governance prosecution suggestions can be improved.
