摘要
国外文献传递与馆际互借系统的构建起步早,基础扎实,能为国内文献保障体系的进一步建设提供重要借鉴经验。文章在温州肯恩大学图书馆使用RapidILL系统进行国际馆际互借的基础上,分析了其在实际应用中所面临的挑战,并提出了相应的改进建议。文章旨在为正在使用或有意加入RapidILL系统的图书馆提供参考。具体而言,建议在实践新系统时,用户间应保障及时的沟通交流,警惕文献传递的合规性,加强馆际互借服务的宣传。
The development of international literature delivery and interlibrary loan systems started early in foreign countries,with a solid foundation that can provide valuable insights for the further construction of China’s literature assurance system.Based on the implementation of the RapidILL system at Wenzhou-Kean University Library for international interlibrary loans,this article analyzes the challenges faced in practical application and proposes corresponding improvements.This article aims to provide a reference for libraries currently using or planning to join the RapidILL system.Specifically,it is recommended that,when implementing the new system,there should be timely communication and exchange among users,attention to the compliance of literature delivery and enhanced publicity for interlibrary loan services.
