摘要
随着信息技术的不断发展以及用户需求的不断变化,中国高校人文社会科学文献中心(China Academic Social Sciences and Humanities Library,CASHL)馆际互借与文献传递业务面临严峻挑战。本文通过数据统计和调查研究,对CASHL馆际互借与文献传递业务17年的发展历程和趋势进行了全面分析,并与国内外其他文献保障机构业务情况进行对比,理清CASHL面临的机遇和挑战,对未来发展进行研究和预判,并制定相应的战略对策,以帮助CASHL可持续发展。
Due to the development of information technology and the ever-increasing demand of users,the interlibrary loan and document delivery service of China Academic Social Sciences and Humanities Library(CASHL)face severe challenges.This article reviewes its past 17 years’developmental process and compares it with other library resource-sharing institutions all over the world.On the basis of statistical analysis,this article finally makes out some relevant strategies for CASHL,in order to guarantee standard and high quality services to be provided to the users.
