新能源汽车驱动单元减速齿轮噪声优化

摘要 减速齿轮噪声是新能源汽车声品质的主要影响因素,文章提出了基于音噪比(TTNR,Tone-to-noise Ratio)的噪声接受标准,并以某纯电车型齿轮啸叫噪声为研究对象,利用有限元仿真计算和试验测试,分析齿轮啸叫产生的主要原因,给出了针对减速齿轮噪声系统性的优化方案。试验结果表明,优化方案能够有效抑制齿轮啸叫噪声,满足噪声接受标准,取得了良好的效果。 Decelerating gear noise constitutes a key influencing factor on the sound quality of new energy vehicles.A noise acceptance criterion based on TTNR(Tone-to-noise Ratio)is proposed,with the gear whine noise of a specific pure electric vehicle model taken as the research object.Through finite element simulation calculations and experimental tests,the main causes of gear whine generation are analyzed,and a systematic optimization scheme for decelerating gear noise is provided.Experimental results indicate that the optimization scheme can effectively suppress gear whine noise,meet the noise acceptance criterion,and achieve favorable outcomes.
