摘要
鉴于增程发电系统中齿轮噪声对汽车整体(称为整车)静谧性的影响显著,为解决增程发电系统的齿轮阶次噪声问题,提出了一种基于Romax进行齿轮微观参数修正的优化方法。对某增程发电系统进行的噪声、振动和声振粗糙度(Noise, Vibration and Harshness,简称NVH)性能测试发现,在发动机最高转速3 000 r/min、扭矩约100 N·m、电机转速不超7 000 r/min的工况下出现了齿轮啮合的啸叫现象。采用Romax软件建立增程发电系统的齿轴模型,对齿轮微观参数进行了修正,以降低噪声。通过仿真和整车的NVH性能实测可知,修正齿向斜度和鼓形量后的齿轮阶次噪声明显降低,增程发电系统的运行稳定性得到了提升。
The gear noise in the range-extended power generation system has a significant impact on the overall vehicle s quietness.This paper proposes an optimization method based on Romax gear micro-parameter correction to address the gear order noise in the range-extended power generation system.Taking a specific range-extended power generation system as the research object,NVH testing was conducted.A whistling noise phenomenon was observed at input 3000 r/min and 100 N·m,motor 7000 r/min operating conditions.Using Romax software,a gear-shaft model of the power generation system was established,and gear micro-parameters were corrected to reduce the noise.Simulation results and vehicle NVH measurements confirmed that correcting the tooth profile slope and crown amount significantly reduced the gear system s order noise,improving the system s operational stability.
