摘要
为探究陕西地区西瓜炭疽病防治的有效杀菌剂,为西瓜生产提供参考。本研究选取使用频率高的6种炭疽病防治药剂(代森锰锌、百菌清、咯菌腈、咪鲜胺、戊唑醇和吡唑醚菌酯),通过田间喷施处理来探究其对西瓜炭疽病的防治效果。结果表明:6种药剂对植株光合色素无不良影响。在3次防效统计中,代森锰锌防效显著高于其他药剂处理,防治效果均在80%以上,戊唑醇和吡唑醚菌酯次之,咯菌腈的防治效果最差。经分析比较,建议代森锰锌、戊唑醇和吡唑醚菌酯交替使用,以避免产生抗药性。
To explore effective fungicides for the control of anthracnose in greenhouse-grown watermelon in Shanxi region and provide a reference for watermelon production,this paper evaluated six commonly used fungicides(mancozeb,chlorothalonil,fludioxonil,prochloraz,tebuconazole,and pyraclostrobin)by field spray treatments.The results showed that none of these fungicides had adverse effects on the chlorophyll content of watermelon leaves.Across three efficacy evaluations,mancozeb significantly outperformed the other treatments,with all treatment efficacies exceeding 80%.Tebuconazole and pyraclostrobin followed in effectiveness,while fludioxonil had the poorest control effect.Based on comparative analysis,it is recommended that mancozeb,tebuconazole,and pyraclostrobin be used in rotation to minimize the risk of resistance development.
