摘要
对供试菌株海南大棚西瓜枯萎病病原菌尖孢镰刀菌西瓜专化型进行了生物学特性的研究及杀菌剂室内毒力测定。生物学测定结果表明:菌丝在西瓜汁培养基上生长最好;菌丝生长和孢子萌发的最适温度分别为28和30℃;菌丝生长和孢子萌发最适pH值分别为7~8和7~9;光暗交替有利于菌丝生长;孢子致死温度为60℃、5 min;果糖和葡萄糖作为碳源利于菌丝生长;酵母浸粉和蛋白胨作为氮源利于菌丝生长。室内毒力测定结果表明:50%咪鲜胺锰盐WP对西瓜枯萎病菌的抑菌效果最好,其EC50为0.730 9μg/mL;32.5%苯甲嘧菌酯SC、30%苯甲.丙环唑EC、10%苯醚甲环唑WG、25%溴菌.多菌灵WP和25%溴菌腈WP对海南大棚西瓜枯萎病菌也有较好的抑制效果,其EC50为1.884 7~8.161 0μg/mL,该研究为田间防治海南大棚西瓜枯萎病提供了基础数据。
The biological characteristics and toxicity determination were studied in this thesis. The result of study on biological characteristics showed that the tested strain grew better on watermelon juice medium than the others. The optimum temperature, pH conditions for the mycelial growth and spore germination were 28℃ and 30℃, 7-8 and 7-9, respectively. Light-dark alternation was beneficial for mycelial growth. The lethal temperature of spore was 600C for 5 min. The fungal mycelium grew better while taking fructose and glucose as carbon sources and yeast extract and peptone as nitrogen sources. On the other hand, the toxicity determination showed that 50% prochloraz-manganese chloride complex WP was proved to show greatest inhibited effect on mycelial growth, with the EC50 value of 0.730 9 μg/mL; followed by the 32.5% benzoic azoxystrobin SC, 30% benzoylate .propiconazol EC, 10% difenoconazole WG, 25% bromothalonil-carbendazim WP and 25% bromothalonil WP, with the EC50 value of 1.884 7μg/mL to 8.161 0 μg/mL. The basic data, after all, for the field control of fusarium wilt on watermelon cultivating in plastic greenhouse in Hainan was prepared.
