6种生物杀虫剂对皂角豆象的室内毒力测定

Laboratory Toxicity of Six Biogenic Insecticides against Megabruchidius dorsalis F hraeus(Coleoptera:Bruchinae)

摘要 皂角豆象Megabruchidius dorsalis F?hraeus是皂荚属Gleditsia植物最主要的钻蛀性害虫。为筛选防治皂角豆象的绿色高效药剂,研究采用浸虫法测定了藜芦碱、除虫菊素、桉油精、苦皮藤素、甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐、乙基多杀菌素6种常见生物杀虫剂对皂角豆象成虫的室内毒力。结果表明:6种生物杀虫剂均对皂角豆象有较好的毒杀作用。其中,除虫菊素对皂角豆象的毒力作用最强,在处理24 h、48 h的LC50分别为51.49 mg/L、13.93 mg/L,相对毒力指数分别为4.21、7.23;皂角豆象成虫仅对除虫菊素和甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐的敏感性呈现出性别差异。该研究结果可为皂角豆象绿色防控提供理论依据。 Megabruchidius dorsalis F hraeus is the most destructive borers pest affecting Gleditsia plants.To screen effective and environmentally friendly insecticides for its control,we evaluated the toxicity of six common biological insecticides to adults of M.dorsalis using a dip bioassay method.The results showed that all tested biopesticides exhibited significant insecticidal activity.Pyrethrins had the strongest toxicity to M.dorsalis,with LC 50 values of 51.49 mg/L and 13.93 mg/L and relative toxicity index of 4.21 and 7.23 at 24 h and 48 h respectively.Notably,M.dorsalis adults exhibited sex-specific differential susceptibility exclusively toward pyrethrins and emamectin benzoate during toxicological assessment.These results provide theoretical support for developing eco-friendly management strategies against M.dorsalis.
