摘要
聚焦全球变暖的影响下广东省森林火灾防控难题,剖析以“人防、物防、技防、制防”为核心的森林火灾预防体系现存问题及成因,并提出新时期优化策略。研究强调需通过“四防协同”,提升森林火灾预防效能,为广东省乃至全国森林防火体系现代化提供理论支撑与实践路径。
This paper focuses on the challenges in preventing and controlling forest fires in Guangdong Province under global warming.The existing problems and their causes in the forest fire prevention system centered on"civil defense,physical defense,technical defense and control prevention"were analyzed,and optimization strategies for the new era were proposed.In this study,the need to enhance the effectiveness of forest fire prevention through the"synergy of the four prevention measures"was emphasized,which providing theoretical support and practical pathways for the modernization of the forest fire prevention system in Guangdong Province and even across the whole country.
