摘要
目的探讨火针治疗在湿疹患者中的应用效果。方法选取2021年5月—2022年5月中山市东凤人民医院收治的80例湿疹患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组(n=40)和研究组(n=40)。对照组采用曲安奈德益康唑乳膏治疗,研究组采用火针治疗,两组均持续治疗7d。比较两组患者的疗效评定、皮损程度、瘙痒程度、炎性因子、复发情况。结果研究组治疗总有效率为95.00%,高于对照组的75.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗7d后,研究组皮损程度、瘙痒程度评分均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组C反应蛋白、白细胞介素-6、白细胞介素-4水平均低于对照组,γ-干扰素水平高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。随访12个月,研究组复发率为2.50%,低于对照组的17.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论湿疹患者采取火针治疗的临床疗效较高,可改善其湿疹皮损及瘙痒症状,同时改善患者炎性因子水平,且患者复发率低,值得推广。
Objective To explore the application effect of fire needle therapy in patients with eczema.Methods A total of 80 patients with eczema admitted to Dongfeng People’s Hospital of Zhongshan from May 2021 to May 2022 were selected as the research objects,they were divided into a control group(n=40)and a study group(n=40)by the random number table method.The control group was treated with triamcinolone acetonide and econazole nitrate cream,while the study group was treated with fire needle therapy,both groups were treated for 7 consecutive days.The curative effect evaluation,skin lesion degree,pruritus degree,inflammatory factors,and recurrence situation were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 95.00%,which was higher than 75.00%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 7 days of treatment,the scores of skin lesion degree and pruritus degree in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);the levels of C-reactive protein,interleukin-6,and interleukin-4 in the study group were lower than those in the control group,while the level ofγ-interferon was higher than that in the control group,and the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Follow-Up for 12 months,the recurrence rate of the study group was 2.50%,which was lower than 17.50%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The patiencs with eczema treated with fire needling have high clinical effect,which can improve eczema lesions and pruritus symptoms.Meanwhile,it can regulate the levels of inflammatory factors in patients,and the recurrence rate of patients is low,and is worthy of promotion.
