摘要
本科层次职业教育是在经济高质量发展与行业企业急需高层次技术技能人才、群众追求高质量教育和就业的背景下兴起的高等教育类型,其核心在于培养学生高层次的职业技能,“双师”素质教师专业化发展是职业本科院校培养高层次技术技能人才的关键和保障。从优化高等教育结构和构建现代职教体系需要、培养高层次技术技能人才需要和适应产业结构转型升级需要等多个层面解析了职业本科院校“双师”素质教师专业化发展逻辑,旨在为职业本科院校“双师”素质教师及其教学团队专业化发展提供理论指导。
Undergraduate vocational education is a type of higher education that has emerged in the context of China's high-quality economic development,the urgent need for high-level technical and skilled talents in industries and enterprises,and the pursuit of high-quality education and employment,and the core is the high-level students’skills cultivation.The professional development of double qualified teachers(DQTs)is the key and guarantee for vocational undergraduate colleges to cultivate high-level technical and skilled talents.The theoretical logic for the professional development of DQTs in vocational undergraduate university was elucidated from the following several aspects,such as the necessity for optimizing higher education structure,building a modern vocational education system,cultivating high-level technical and skilled talents,and adapting to the transformation and upgrading of industrial structure.This is intended to provide theoretical guidance for the professional development of DQTs and their teaching teams in vocational undergraduate university.
