摘要
基于教师专业化发展的视角,分析了当前职业教育“双师型”教师队伍建设的问题,并提出了加强“双师型”教师的相关理论研究、完善职业教育教师准入制度、健全“双师型”教师认证制度、建立健全“双师型”教师培养与培训体系等策略路径,以切实提升职业教育教师专业化发展水平。
Based on the perspective of teachers’professional development,this paper analyses the problems in the construction of“double-qualified teacher”team in vocational education,and puts forward some strategies to solve these problems:1.Strengthening the theoretical research of“double-qualified”teachers;2.Perfecting the access system of vocational education teachers;3.Perfecting the certification system of“double-qualified”teachers;4.Establishing and improving the cultivation and training system of“double-qualified”teachers.Thus the professional development level of vocational education teachers can be effectively improved.
