电工电子技术与人工智能在智能制造中的应用

摘要 文中探讨了电工电子技术与人工智能在智能制造领域的应用与融合。首先,分析了电工电子技术在提升设备的自动化与智能化水平,优化资源管理方面的作用。其次,介绍了人工智能在智能制造中的应用,如智能机器人与自动化生产线、智能质量检测与产品监控系统、智能预测与维护系统等。接着,讨论了电工电子技术与人工智能的融合发展,提出了集成智能控制、数据驱动决策、实时监测与优化调度等融合策略,并强调了信息处理和协同控制的重要性。最后,以某电子制造企业为例,展示了其在智能制造中的应用成效,如提升生产效率、降低成本等,为电工电子技术与人工智能的融合发展提供了有效的参考。 This paper explores the application and integration of electrical and electronic technology and artificial intelligence in the field of smart manufacturing.Firstly,it analyzes the role of electrical and electronic technology in enhancing the automation and intelligence level of equipment and optimizing resource management.Secondly,it introduces the application of artificial intelligence in smart manufacturing,such as intelligent robots and automated production lines,intelligent quality inspection and product monitoring systems,intelligent prediction and maintenance systems,etc.Then,it discusses the integrated development of electrical and electronic technology and artificial intelligence,proposes integration strategies such as integrated intelligent control,data-driven decision-making,real-time monitoring and optimization scheduling,and emphasizes the importance of information processing and collaborative control.Finally,taking a certain electronic manufacturing enterprise as an example,the application results in intelligent manufacturing are demonstrated,such as improving production efficiency and reducing costs,which provide an effective reference for the integrated development of electrical and electronic technology and artificial intelligence.
