融合通信技术在应急指挥中的应用

摘要 应急指挥依赖高效、稳定的通信技术,传统应急通信在异构网络兼容性、动态调度能力及复杂环境适应性方面存在局限。文中旨在探索融合通信技术在应急指挥中的应用,提升突发事件响应效率。结合多网协同、卫星通信与专网互通、云计算等关键技术,构建融合通信体系,并借助大型自然灾害、危化品泄漏事故及城市突发事件等案例分析技术应用效果。研究表明,融合通信可优化指挥调度、增强数据互通能力,并提高复杂环境下通信可靠性。 Emergency command relies on efficient and stable communication technology.Traditional emergency communication has limitations in heterogeneous network compatibility,dynamic scheduling capability and complex environment adaptability.The paper aims to explore the application of fusion communication technology in emergency command and improve the efficiency of emergency response.Combining key technologies such as multi-network collaboration,satellite communication and private network interworking,and cloud computing,the integrated communication system is built,and the application effects of the technology are analyzed through cases such as large-scale natural disasters,hazardous chemical leakage accidents,and urban emergencies.Research shows that converged communication can optimize command and dispatch,enhance data interoperability,and improve communication reliability in complex environments.
