摘要
国网公司作为国有能源大型骨干企业,在保障能源电力安全、促进经济社会发展、服务民生改善等方面肩负着新的责任和使命。以现有供电服务工作的难点问题为基准点,结合工作实际,转变管理架构、运营模式,充分发挥“指挥中枢”贯通班站所的能力。通过优化组织架构,完善业务流程,以数字化为手段,以客户诉求、停电管控、服务质量三个核心业务为抓手,提升服务指挥调度、服务异常处置、服务问题闭环管控能力。
As a large state-owned energy backbone enterprise,State Grid Corporation of China shoulders new responsibilities and missions in ensuring energy and power security,promoting economic and social development,and improving people′s livelihoods.This study takes the difficult problems in the existing power supply service work as the benchmark point,combines with the actual work,transforms the management structure and operation mode,and fully utilizes the ability of the"command center"to connect the shift stations.By optimizing organizational structure,improving business processes,using digitalization as a means,and focusing on the three core businesses of customer demands,power outage control,and service quality,we aim to enhance our capabilities in service command and dispatch,handling service exceptions,and closed-loop control of service issues.
