摘要
目的探究miR-506、miR-122-5p在多发性骨髓瘤(MM)患者中的表达水平及临床意义。方法选取MM患者60例为观察组,另选取同期60例体检健康志愿者为对照组,比较两组miR-506、miR-122-5p表达情况。观察组按照miR-506、miR-122-5p表达水平分为高表达组和低表达组,分析miR-506、miR-122-5p与各临床病理特征的关系及诊断价值。结果观察组miR-506、miR-122-5p表达水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。患者miR-506表达水平与miR-122-5p表达水平呈正相关(P<0.05)。miR-506、miR-122-5p高表达患者ISS分期(Ⅱ或Ⅲ期)、血清钙<2.75 mmol/L、白蛋白<35 g/L的占比明显高于低表达患者(P<0.05)。ROC曲线分析显示,miR-506、miR-122-5p单独或联合检测对多发性骨髓瘤诊断均具有良好的诊断价值,且联合检测的诊断价值高于单独检测(P<0.05)。结论多发性骨髓瘤患者血清miR-506、miR-122-5p表达水平明显升高,二者联合对多发性骨髓瘤诊断具有预测价值。
Aim To investigate the expression levels and clinical significance of miR-506 and miR-122-5p in patients with multiple myeloma(MM).Methods Sixty MM patients were selected as the observation group and sub-divided into high-and low-expression groups based on miR-506 and miR-122-5p levels.Another 60 healthy volunteers were enrolled as controls.The expression levels of miR-506 and miR-122-5p were compared between groups,and their relationships with clinicopathological features and diagnostic value were analyzed.Results The observation group showed higher expression levels of miR-506 and miR-122-5p than the control group(P<0.05).miR-506 expression was positively correlated with miR-122-5p expression(P<0.05).Patients with high miR-506/miR-122-5p expression had significantly higher proportions of ISS stage(Ⅱ/Ⅲ),serum calcium<2.75 mmol/L,and albumin<35 g/L than low-expression patients(P<0.05).ROC analysis demonstrated that both miRNAs alone or in combination had good diagnostic value for MM,with superior performance in combined detection(P<0.05).Conclusion Serum miR-506 and miR-122-5p levels are significantly elevated in MM patients,and their combination shows predictive value for MM diagnosis.
