摘要 在医学技术日新月异的今天,微创手术以其创伤小、恢复快等优势,成为众多外科手术领域的发展方向之一。而经口建立超级微创通道,作为一项前沿技术,更是为消化道壁外异物取出带来了革命性的突破。本文将深入探讨这一技术的相关内容。一、异物入消化道壁外之殇:传统治疗的困境在胰腺外科领域,术后胰瘘的发生并不少见。为了应对这一问题,常常选择支架引流这种创伤相对较小的方式。然而,放置支架后若出现支架移位可能迫使患者接受外科手术干预,这样一来将会给患者带来身体和心理上的双重创伤。
