摘要
1临床资料患者,女,32岁。因间断右上肢肿胀10个月,加重1个月,于2022年5月22日入院。原发病为过敏性紫癜性肾炎,于3年前发展为终末期肾病,开始行血液透析治疗,目前选择的血管通路为右腕部自体动静脉内瘘(arteriovenous fistulas,AVF)。
