基于实时电网运行情况自动生成运行方式单的研究与应用

摘要 本文针对电网运行方式单传统人工更新模式效率低、准确性差的问题,提出一种基于实时电网数据的自动化生成方法。通过整合南方电网GIS系统与OCS系统的图模信息交互,结合配网线路“环网建设、开环运行”特征,构建了实时数据采集、多源匹配、逻辑分析及动态更新的全流程技术方案。研究表明,该系统能够自动识别开环点变化、追踪电源路径,并生成精准的运行方式单,显著提升调度决策效率与准确性。应用案例验证,该方案可减少80%以上的人工核对时间,为电网安全稳定运行提供技术保障。 This article proposes an automated generation method based on real-time power grid data to address the problems of low efficiency and poor accuracy of traditional manual update mode in power grid operation.By integrating the graphic information exchange between the GIS system of Southern Power Grid and the OCS system,and combining the characteristics of"ring network construction and open-loop operation"of distribution network lines,a full process technical solution for real-time data collection,multi-source matching,logical analysis,and dynamic updates has been constructed.Research has shown that the system can automatically identify changes in open-loop points,track power paths,and generate accurate operation mode sheets,significantly improving the efficiency and accuracy of scheduling decisions.Application case verification shows that this solution can reduce over 80%of manual verification time,providing technical support for the safe and stable operation of the power grid.
