摘要
为提高电能表时钟的准确度,依托用电信息采集系统,构建一种基于分层分段校时策略的电能表时钟管理应用体系,通过分层分段协同工作,充分挖掘各层级设备的校时能力。主站通过与标准时钟源进行时钟同步,确保主站服务器时钟准确,同时,还负责对终端和电能表进行分段巡检、校时和监控。终端开启自主心跳校时,在保障自身时钟准确的前提下,进一步对电能表时钟执行采集、存储和校准任务,以实现电能表时钟同步。结果表明,此应用有效提升了电能表时钟的合格率,并支撑了电力公司的时钟管理服务。
To improve the accuracy of the electric energy meter clock,this project relies on the Electric Energy Data Acquire System(central station)to construct an electric energy meter clock management application based on a layered and segmented calibration strategy.The aim is to fully tap into the timing ability of devices at different levels through collaborative work layered and segmented.The central station ensures the accuracy of the central server clock by synchronizing it with a standard clock source.At the same time,the central station is responsible for segmented inspection,timing,and monitoring of terminals and meters,while the terminals enable autonomous heartbeat timing or NTP timing.Further,it performs collection,storage,and calibration tasks on the meter clock while ensuring its clock accuracy,achieving clock synchronization with the meter.The results show that this application effectively improves the electric energy meter clocks qualification rate and supports the power companys clock management service well.
