摘要
针对等截面涡旋压缩机齿圈圈数多、压缩比小、面积利用率低等问题,提出一种由变径基圆渐开线、高次曲线、基圆渐开线构成的新型变截面涡旋压缩机型线;推导变径基圆渐开线、高次曲线和基圆渐开线组合型线数学控制方程,研究回转半径Ror、变径系数δ、组合型线连接参数φ1与φ2等型线控制系数对涡旋齿壁厚、容积、压缩比、面积利用率等性能影响规律;对比分析新型变截面涡旋压缩机型线与等截面涡旋型线性能。研究表明:新型线涡旋齿圈数较基圆渐开线涡旋齿减少1圈,压缩比增大4.47%,面积利用率提高15.97%。
Since the constant-section scroll compressor has such disadvantages as a large number of gear rings,low compression ratio and low area utilization rate,in this article a new variable-section scroll compressor is developed,with its profile consisting of the variable-radius base-circle involute,the higher-ordered curve and the base-circle involute.Efforts are made to derive the mathematical control equation of the combined profile of the variable-radius base-circle involute,the higher-ordered curve and the base-circle involute;the influence of many factors on the scroll tooth’s wall thickness,volume,compression ratio,area utilization rate and other performance is explored,such as the rotation radius Ror,the variable-radius coefficientδ,and the combined profile’s controlling coefficients,for example,the connection parametersφ1 andφ2.Finally,the performance of the new variable-section scroll compressor and the constant-section scroll compressor is compared and analyzed.The results show that the number of the new spiral scroll gear rings is one circle less than that of the base-circle involute scroll gear rings,the compression ratio increases by 4.47%,the area utilization rate increase by 15.97%.
