摘要
碘海醇是一种常用的非离子型单体碘造影剂,主要用于CT增强扫描、心血管造影、脊髓造影、泌尿系统造影等。系统梳理了碘海醇的合成路线,主要包括原研路线与改进和新兴合成路线,并对各路线进行分析,以期为其合成工艺的优化提供一定的参考价值。
Iohexol is a commonly used non-ionic monomer iodine contrast agent,which is mainly used for CT enhanced scan,cardiovascular angiography,myelography,urinary tract angiography and so on.The synthetic routes of iohexol are systematically sorted out,mainly including the original research route and improvement,emerging synthetic routes,and each route is analyzed in order to provide a certain reference value for the optimization of its synthesis process.
