摘要
【目的】通过研究同纬度地区2个软枣猕猴桃品种果实的生长发育规律及品质特征,旨在优选出适应性强、果实品质优异的软枣猕猴桃品种,为推广软枣猕猴桃产业发展,丰富阿拉尔垦区特色果树品种提供理论与实践支持。【方法】以2个软枣猕猴桃品种为试材,通过测定其叶片的生长特性及果实单果质量、总糖、可溶性固形物、黄酮等品质指标,探究2个软枣猕猴桃品种在南疆地区的果实生长发育动态规律。【结果】2个软枣猕猴桃果实在关键品质指标上呈显著分化,成熟期(9月22日)2个软枣猕猴桃品种叶片性状无显著性差异,‘民大’叶片相较于‘龙城2号’叶片更厚、叶柄更长。果实品质方面,成熟期(9月22日)时,‘民大’果实单果质量相较‘龙城2号’大13.98%。8月4日2个软枣猕猴桃的可溶性糖质量分数迅速积累,且‘龙城2号’可溶性糖质量分数相较于‘民大’显著高31.68%,‘民大’总糖含量相较于‘龙城2号’降低了14.7%,‘龙城2号’果实中还原糖含量相较于‘民大’显著高6.8%。成熟期(9月22日)时‘民大’果实中的淀粉含量相较于‘龙城2号’显著高58.10%,‘民大’维生素C含量相较于‘龙城2号’显著高14.18%。2个软枣猕猴桃的可滴定酸质量分数无明显差异。果实发育期间‘龙城2号’果实中的可溶性蛋白含量均高于‘民大’,2个软枣猕猴桃的固酸比无明显差异。【结论】根据主成分分析得出,阿拉尔垦区2个软枣猕猴桃品种,‘龙城2号’果实品质优于‘民大’,较适宜在阿拉尔垦区生长。
【Objective】By studying the growth and development patterns and quality characteristics of two Actinidia arguta varieties in the same latitude region,the aim is to select a variety with strong adaptability and excellent fruit quality,providing theoretical and practical support for promoting the development of the Actinidia arguta industry and enriching the varieties of characteristics fruit trees in the Alar reclamation area.【Methods】Using two Cultivars of Actinidia arguta as test materials,by measuring the leaf growth characteristics and fruit quality indicators such as single fruit weight,total sugar,soluble solids,and flavonoids,the growth and development dynamic laws of the fruits of the two cultivars in the southern Xinjiang region were explored.【Results】The fruits of the two cultivars showed significant differentiation in key quality indicators.At the mature stage(September 22nd),there was no significant difference in the leaf traits of the two cultivars.The leaves of the‘Minda’were thicker and had longer petioles compared to those of the‘Longcheng 2’.In terms of fruit quality,at the mature stage(September 22nd),the single fruit weight of the‘Minda’was 13.98%greater than that of the‘Longcheng 2’.On August 4th,the soluble sugar content of the two cultivars accumulated rapidly,and the soluble sugar content of the‘Longcheng 2’was significantly 31.68%higher than that of the‘Minda’.The total sugar content of the‘Minda’was 14.7%lower than that of the‘Longcheng 2’.The reducing sugar content in the fruits of the‘Longcheng 2’was significantly 6.8%higher than that of the ‘Minda’. At the mature stage (September 22nd), the starch content in the fruits of the ‘Minda’ was significantly 58.10% higher than that of the ‘Longcheng 2’, and the Vc content of the ‘Minda’ was significantly 14.18% higher than that of the ‘Longcheng 2’. There was no obvious difference in the titratable acid content of the two cultivars. During the fruit de-velopment period, the soluble protein content in the fruits of the ‘Longcheng 2’ was higher than that of the ‘Minda’, and there was no obvious difference in the ratio of soluble solids to acid between the two cultivars.【Conclusion】According to the principal component analysis, among the two cultivars of Actinidia arguta in the Alar Reclamation area, the fruit quality of the ‘Longcheng 2’ is superior to that of the ‘Minda’, and it is more suitable for growing in the Alar Reclamation area.
