边部加热对奥氏体工艺轧制Ti-IF钢冷轧后板形的影响 被引量:1

Influence of edge heating on plate shape of Ti-IF steel after cold rolling in austenitic process rolling

摘要 针对Ti-IF钢冷轧后出现的双边浪问题,排除冷轧工艺的影响,分析认为热轧原料卷边部的晶粒度、延伸率等因素是导致冷轧后出现双边浪的主要原因。根据Stefan-Boltzmann定律计算,热轧过程中在粗轧出口处对热轧中间坯距边部100mm范围内进行边部加热,热轧卷边部晶粒度从无法评级恢复至晶粒度8.0级,两侧边部延伸率(A50)平均值由42.0%提高至55.5%。采用相同的冷轧工艺,对冷轧板同一位置进行浪形检测,经边部加热的钢板两侧边部波高比平均值由未经边部加热时的1.10%降低至0.55%。 For the bilateral wave problem after cold rolling of Ti-IF steel,excluding the influence of the cold rolling process,it is analyzed that the grain size and elongation of the edge part of the hot rolled raw material coil are the main reasons for the bilateral wave after cold rolling.According to Stefan-Boltzmann's law calculations,the hot rolling process of roughing exit to the hot rolled intermediate billet from the edge of the 100 mm range of edge heating,the hot rolled coil edge grain size from the inability to rating recovery to the grain size of 8.0 grade,the average value of extension rate(A50)on both sides increased from 42.0%to 55.5%.Using the same cold rolling process,the cold-rolled plate is taken to the same location for wave shape detection,and the average value of wave height ratio of both sides of the plate heated by the edge is reduced from 1.10%without edge heating to 0.55%.
