摘要
基于对旧有系统粗轧宽度控制研究,明确板坯宽度的精度直接影响着立辊各道次的压下量和粗轧宽度控制的精度,轧机若无板坯测宽系统,所得成品宽度命中率低下。通过增加板坯测宽系统,可提升中间坯目标宽度的命中率,改善精轧机的模型设定精度,从而提升成品宽度的命中率。
Based on the research on the old system of rough rolling width control,the accuracy of the slab width directly affects the pressure amount of each roll and the accuracy of the rough rolling width control,and the hit rate of the finished width of the no slab width measurement system is low.By increasing the slab width measuring system,the hit rate of the middle billet target width is improved,the model setting accuracy of the finishing mill is improved,and the hit rate of the finished product width is improved.
