摘要
现有的汽轮机末级长叶片材料及制造技术已不能满足人们对新机组的要求,针对该问题,上海汽轮机厂在传统17-4PH长叶片材料的基础上,采用合适的热处理工艺和制造工艺,成功研制出了满足技术要求的15Cr长叶片锻件材料。该锻件材料强度高,耐腐蚀性能强。研究成果可为后续汽轮机新型长叶片材料的设计与制造提供参考。
The existing material and manufacturing technology for last stage long blades in steam turbine cannot meet the requirements of new units.In order to solve the problem,a new type of 15Cr stainless steel material with high strength based on traditional 17-4PH material was developed by Shanghai Turbine Plant.Furthermore,the 15Cr long blade forging material with high strength and considerable performance of corrosion resistance was successfully developed using suitable heat treatment and manufacturing process,and the relative technical requirements could be met.The research results can provide reference for subsequent design and manufacture of new material for long blades in steam turbine.
