随着人工智能技术的普及与发展,全球范围内的AI竞争态势日益激烈。当前,以美国为代表的西方资本主义国家凭借着技术优势,正不遗余力地加强技术垄断,妄图打造人工智能时代的数字资本主义帝国。在此背景下,如何推进技术平权并保证人工智能技术的普惠与公平已成为亟待解决的重要问题。DeepSeek-R1为我国自主研发的人工智能大语言模型,自推出以来就迅速得到了世界范围内的用户认可。作为当前具有代表性的人工智能技术成果,DeepSeek的成功离不开我国优化系统开发理念突破技术壁垒的技术逻辑、依托科技体制改革盘活整体效能的制度逻辑、高扬人类命运共同体原则促成科技繁荣的文明逻辑。当前,中国正用实践向世界证明,唯有摒弃对抗思维,以长远的战略眼光促进工具理性与价值理性的辩证统一,并结合技术、制度、文明三位一体的发展逻辑,才可保证人工智能技术的属人发展,向好发展。
With the proliferation and advancement of artificial intelligence technology,the global competitive landscape in AI has become increasingly intense.Currently,Western capitalist nations,epitomized by the United States,are leveraging their technological superiority to relentlessly strengthen their technological monopolies,harboring ambitions to construct a digital capitalist empire in the era of artificial intelligence.Against this backdrop,the advancement of technological equity and the assurance of inclusivity and fairness in artificial intelligence technology have emerged as pressing imperatives demanding immediate resolution.DeepSeek,as an independently developed large-scale artificial intelligence language model by China,has rapidly garnered recognition from users worldwide since its launch.As a paradigmatic achievement in contemporary artificial intelligence technology,the success of DeepSeek is inextricably linked to three fundamental logics:the technological logic of China s optimized systems development philosophy that transcends technological barriers;the institutional logic of revitalizing comprehensive efficacy through reforms in the scientific and technological system;and the civilizational logic of championing the principle of a community with a shared future for mankind to foster technological prosperity.At present,China is demonstrating to the world through praxis that only by abandoning confrontational thinking,promoting the dialectical unity of instrumental rationality and value rationality with a long-term strategic vision,and integrating the triadic developmental logic of technology,institution,and civilization,can we ensure the anthropocentric development and positive advancement of artificial intelligence technology.
