摘要
目的探究腹内横切口皮内缝合与腹部竖式切口经皮缝合术对剖宫产产妇术后恢复的影响。方法选取2021年5月至2022年7月吉安市中医院接收的80例剖宫产产妇作为研究对象,按照不同缝合方法分为A组与B组,每组40例。A组采取腹内横切口皮内缝合术,B组采取腹部竖式切口经皮缝合术。比较两组切口瘢痕形成情况、切口愈合质量、切口美观度、不良反应发生情况。结果A组术后厚度、柔软度、色泽、血管分布评分均低于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。A组术后切口愈合质量优于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。A组切口美观度优良率为92.50%,高于B组的75.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。A组不良反应发生率为2.50%,低于B组的20.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腹内横切口皮内缝合、腹部竖式切口经皮缝合术均可取得一定程度的缝合效果,尤其是腹内横切口皮内缝合术,术后瘢痕形成风险低,切口愈合快,切口美观度高,且不良反应少。
Objective To investigate the effects of intradermal suture of abdominal transverse incision and percutaneous suture of abdominal vertical incision on postoperative recovery of cesarean section women.Methods 80 cesarean section women admitted to Ji'an City Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from May 2021 to July 2022 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into the group A and the group B according to different suture methods,with 40 cases in each group.The group A underwent intradermal suture of abdominal transverse incision,while the group B underwent percutaneous suture of abdominal vertical incision.The scar formation of the incision,the healing quality of the incision,the aesthetic appeal of the incision and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of postoperative thickness,flexibility,color and vascular distribution in the group A were lower than those in the group B,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incision healing quality after surgery in the group A was better than that in the group B,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The excellent and good rate of incision aesthetics in the group A was 92.50%,which was higher than 75.00%in the group B,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the group A was 2.50%,which was lower than 20.00%in the group B,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion intradermal suture of abdominal transverse incision and percutaneous suture of abdominal vertical incision can achieve a certain degree of suture effect,especially the intradermal suture of abdominal transverse incision has a low risk of postoperative scar formation,fast incision healing,high incision aesthetics,and few adverse reactions.
