摘要
近年来,我国城市经济飞速发展,但城乡差距却在不断拉大,“二元结构”问题愈发凸显,阻碍了“共同富裕”目标的实现。城乡统筹发展,不仅是解决社会发展不平衡问题的关键举措,更是缩小城乡差距的重要路径。在推进城乡统筹发展进程中,土地利用管理方面出现诸多问题。基于此,本文以城乡统筹为基础,对土地利用管理的策略进行探讨,以期为推动城乡协同发展助力。
In recent years,China's urban economy has developed rapidly,but the gap between urban and rural areas has been continuously widening,and the"dual structure"problem has become increasingly prominent,hindering the realization of the goal of"common prosperity".The coordinated development of urban and rural areas is not only a key measure to solve the problem of unbalanced social development,but also an important path to narrow the gap between urban and rural areas.However,in the process of promoting the coordinated development of urban and rural areas,many problems have emerged in land use management.Based on this,this paper,taking the coordinated development of urban and rural areas as the basis,discusses the strategies of land use management,with the aim of contributing to the promotion of the coordinated development of urban and rural areas.
