适应储能参与的现货市场出清模型

Clearing Model for Spot Market with Energy Storage Participation

摘要 在市场化环境下,推动储能参与现货市场对储能产业的发展至关重要。然而,当前我国电能量市场采用单边报价机制,导致储能充放电报价难以适应市场需求。储能同时参与电能量市场和调频市场时,现有机制无法有效协调资源配置。针对这些问题,首先,分析了我国单边电力现货市场环境下储能充电报价失效的原因,并设计了一种申报上下两条价格限值的储能报价机制。然后,基于该机制,构建了适应储能参与的电能量市场和调频市场的联合出清模型,以实现两个市场间资源的高效协同配置。最后,通过算例验证,所提模型能够有效平衡发电机组在电能量市场和调频市场的资源分配,同时显著提升储能在市场中的参与效率和收益。 In a market-oriented environment,promoting the participation of energy storage in the spot market is crucial for the development of the energy storage industry.However,the current unilateral bidding mechanism adopted in China’s spot electricity market makes it difficult for energy storage charging and discharging bids to align with market demands.When energy storage participates simultaneously in the spot electricity market and the frequency regulation market,the existing mechanism fails to effectively coordinate the resource allocation.To address these issues,this study first analyzes the reasons for the inefficacy of energy storage charging bids under the unilateral power spot market environment in China and proposes a mechanism for the energy storage bidding with upper and lower price limits.Based on this mechanism,a joint clearing mathematical model for the energy and frequency regulation markets is constructed to enable efficient resource coordination between the two markets.Finally,through case studies,it is demonstrated that the proposed model can effectively balance resource allocation between generators in the spot energy market and the frequency regulation auxiliary service market,and significantly enhance the efficiency and profitability of energy storage participation in the market.
