含苯甲酰基的氢化诺卜基季铵盐的合成与抑菌活性

The Synthesis and Antifungal Activity of Hydronopyl Quaternary Ammonium Salts Containing Benzoyl

摘要 将N,N-二甲基氢化诺卜基胺和6个α-溴代苯乙酮类化合物进行季铵化反应,合成了6个N-氢化诺卜基-N,N-二甲基-N-苯甲酰基甲基溴化铵季铵盐类化合物,反应易于进行,产物得率较高.通过^(1)H NMR、^(13)C NMR与IR分析等方法对6个化合物的结构进行了表征,并采用菌丝生长速率法测定6个化合物对8种植物病原真菌的抑菌率.测试结果表明:6个化合物对水稻纹枯病菌等8种植物病原真菌的生长都有一定的抑制作用,其中在苯环上有溴原子或氯原子的3个季铵盐化合物(3b、3c、3d)对松枯梢病菌、西瓜枯萎病菌、烟草黑胫病菌和水稻纹枯病菌具有较高的抑制效果.当药液质量浓度为100.00 mg·L^(-1)时,化合物3b、3c、3d对松枯梢病菌和烟草黑胫病菌的抑菌率达到100.0%;当药液质量浓度为50.00 mg·L^(-1)时,化合物3b、3c、3d对烟草黑胫病菌的抑菌率保持在80.0%以上. Six N-hydronopyl-N,N-dimethyl-N-benzoyl methyl ammonium bromide quaternary ammonium compounds are synthesized by quaternization of N,N-dimethyl hydronopyl amine and sixα-bromoacetophenone compounds.The reaction is easy to carry out and the yield of products is high.The structure of each product is characterized by ^(1)H NMR,^(13)C NMR and IR analysis,and the inhibition rate against 8 plant pathogenic fungi is determined by mycelia growth rate method.The results show that the 6 compounds have certain inhibitory effects on the growth of 8 plant pathogenic fungi.Among them,the three quaternary ammonium compounds(3b,3c,3d)with bromine or chlorine atoms in the benzene ring have higher inhibitory effects on Sphaeropsis sapinea,Fusarium oxysporum f.sp.niveum,Phytophora parasitica var.nicotianae and Rhizoctonia solani.Under the concentration of 100.00 mg·L^(-1),the inhibition rate against Sphaeropsis sapinea and Phytophora parasitica var.nicotianae reaches 100.0%.When the concentration is 50.00 mg·L^(-1),the inhibition rate of these compounds against Phytophora parasitica var.nicotianae is above 80.0%.
