摘要
目的探究早期康复护理干预在脑卒中吞咽障碍患者中的应用效果。方法参与本次研究患者的数量为80例,均为甘肃省武威市凉州医院2023年1月至2023年12月收治的脑卒中吞咽障碍患者,以随机数字表法分为对照组与试验组,每组40例,对照组采用常规护理;试验组采用早期康复护理,分析两组患者的吞咽功能改善情况。结果干预后,与对照组相比,试验组患者的SSA及洼田饮水试验评分均低,P<0.05。结论对脑卒中吞咽障碍患者提供早期康复护理干预,可改善患者吞咽功能。
Objective To explore the application effect of early rehabilitation nursing intervention in patients with dysphagia after stroke.Methods The number of patients participating in this study was 80,all of whom were patients with post-stroke dysphagia admitted to Liangzhou Hospital,Wuwei City,Gansu Province from January 2023 to December 2023.They were divided into a control group and an experimental group using a random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received conventional nursing,the experimental group received early rehabilitation nursing.The improvement of swallowing function in the two groups of patients was analyzed.Results After the intervention,compared with the control group,the SSA and Wada water test scores of the patients in the experimental group were both lower,P<0.05.Conclusions Providing early rehabilitation nursing intervention for patients with dysphagia after stroke can promote their recovery and improve their swallowing function,which is worthy of promotion.
