双轨道互动护理干预模式在脑卒中合并肢体障碍患者康复中的应用 被引量:4

摘要 目的探究双轨道互动护理在脑卒中伴肢体功能障碍患者康复中的应用效果。方法选取河南中医药大学第一附属医院2019年1月至2022年12月收治的122例脑卒中伴肢体功能障碍患者,依照随机数字法分为两组。对照组接受常规护理,观察组接受双轨道互动护理。对比两组肢体功能恢复情况、负性情绪、美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分、Barthel指数(BI)评定量表评分。结果护理后,观察组肢体功能恢复情况优于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,观察组负性情绪低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组NIHSS评分更低,BI评分更高(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度更高(P<0.05)。结论给予脑卒中伴肢体功能障碍患者双轨道互动护理,有助于改善患者肢体功能,促进部分脑细胞功能恢复,减少负性情绪,提高其生活自理能力,值得临床推广。 Objective To explore the application effect of dual track interactive nursing in rehabilitation of stroke patients with limb dysfunction.Methods A total of 122 patients with stroke and limb dysfunction admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Chinese Medicine from January 2019 to December 2022 were selected and randomly divided into two groups.Control group received routine nursing,and observation group received dual track interactive nursing.Limb function recovery,negative emotion,National Institute of Health stroke scale(NIHSS)and Barthel index(BI)rating scale were compared between the two groups.Results Recovery of limb function in observation group was better(P<0.05).Negative emotion of observation group was lower(P<0.05).NIHSS score of observation group was lower,BI score was higher(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher(P<0.05).Conclusion Dual track interactive nursing for stroke patients with limb dysfunction is helpful to improve the limb function of patients,promote the functional recovery of some brain cells,reduce negative emotions,and improve their self-care ability,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
