摘要
自改革开放以来,我国农业农村发展取得长足进步,但城乡之间的物质和精神贫富差距仍然较大。因此,作为我国实现共同富裕的必经之路,乡村振兴被提到前所未有的高度,而农文旅融合成为推动乡村共同富裕的独特动力源。福建省屏南县学习借鉴“千万工程”经验,通过发挥顶层设计对基层建设的引领作用,聚焦产业融合发展、人才供需体系、乡村文化建设、生态治理等重点领域,深化机制创新,构建推动乡村共同富裕的独特动力机制,不仅扎实推进乡村共同富裕,还为其他地区稳步推进共同富裕提供有益借鉴。
Since the reform and opening up,China's rural and agricultural development has made remarkable progress.However,the gap in material and spiritual wealth between urban and rural areas remains significant.As an essential pathway to achieving rural common prosperity in China,rural revitalization has been elevated to an unprecedented level of importance.The integrated development of agriculture,culture,and tourism has emerged as a distinctive driving force for promoting rural common prosperity.Among these efforts,Pingnan County,located in the northern mountainous area of Fujian Province,has provided a valuable model for rural common prosperity through its unique practices.Drawing on the experience of the"ThousandVillages Demonstration and TenThousandVillages Renovation"project,Pingnan County has leveraged the guiding role of top-level design in grassroots development.By focusing on key areas such as industrial integration,talent supply and demand systems,rural cultural development,and ecological governance,and through deepening institutional innovation,the county has established a distinctive dynamic mechanism to advance rural common prosperity.These efforts have not only steadily advanced rural common prosperity but also provided a useful reference for other regions to achieve common prosperity.
