飞机地面液压驱动试验压力测量及传感器故障诊断分析 被引量:1

摘要 飞机地面液压驱动试验是飞机研制过程中必不可少的试验环节,目的是验证飞机液压系统的性能是否满足操纵系统的设计要求,发现液压系统潜在的故障和缺陷。压力测量试验是飞机地面液压驱动试验中的一项重要内容,采用应变式压力传感器测量飞机液压系统各部位的压力,并将采集到的数据以模拟电压信号的形式输入到控制系统中。试验过程中,系统压力传感器出现故障。通过对传感器的工作原理和测试电路进行分析,确定了发生故障的原因并将故障排除,确保了试验的正常进行,积累了液压试验系统故障诊断经验,增加了技术储备。 Aircraft ground hydraulic drive test is an essential test step in the aircraft development process.The purpose of the test is to verify whether the performance of the aircraft hydraulic system meets the design requirements of the control system,and to find out the potential faults and defects of the hydraulic system.The pressure measurement test is an important part of the aircraft ground hydraulic drive test.In the test,the strain pressure sensors are used to measure the pressure of various parts of the hydraulic system,and the collected data is input into the control system in the form of analog voltage signals.During the test,the system pressure sensor malfunctioned.Through the analysis of the working principle and test circuit of the sensor,the cause of the fault is identified and the fault is eliminated,which ensures the normal operation of the test,accumulates the experience in diagnosing the faults of hydraulic system,and increases the technical reserve.
