摘要
视频引伸计与传统的引伸计相比具有自动化程度高、测量范围大、分辨力高等优点,但是由于涉及光学采集、视频传输、图像处理等多个方面,每一个步骤都可能引进误差,因此减少误差对于提高视频引伸计的准确度、稳定性及可靠性至关重要。给出了视频引伸计的原理、误差范围,同时从数据获取、外部震动、光的震动、试样在线变化、数据提取、数据处理等各方面详细分析了视频引伸计误差的来源。在试验中严格按照标准进行试验操作,提高硬件性能,优化软件算法可以减少误差,提高检验结果的稳定性和可靠性。
The video-extensometer has the advantages of the high automatization,wide measurement range,high precision,and short measurement period.However every step in the video-extensometer,such as image collection,video transmission,image processing may introduce error,so it is important to reduce error for the video-extensometer.In this investigation,the principle of the video-extensometer and the error limit of the extensometer are given.The sources of the error including image acquisition,external vibration,light vibration,sample online change,data extraction and data processing are analyzed.Strict implement of regulations and optimized software and hardware can reduce error and enhance the accuracy,stability and reliability of the video-extensometer.
