摘要
《教育强国建设规划纲要(2024-2035年)》的印发具有划时代意义。它以教育数字化新赛道为战略机遇,以“六力”核心特质为指导开展“八大体系”建设,以“九个重点任务”为突破口,以“五大关系”处理为准则,以建成世界重要教育中心为标志,以全面建成教育强国为目标,充分彰显出教育现代化的中国特色和以中国标准参与全球教育治理体系建设的抱负,反映了中国人民在中美全面博弈中坚强不屈的斗争精神和战无不胜的英雄气概。
The 2024-2035 Master Plan on Building China into a Leading Country in Education has epochal significance.It takes digital education as a strategic opportunity,employs six capacities as core traits to develop eight systems,seizes nine key tasks,manages five critical relationships,aims to become a major global education center,and ultimately builds an education powerhouse.The plan highlights China’s educational modernization with Chinese characteristics and its ambition to participate in global education governance with Chinese standards.It also reflects the Chinese people’s indomitable spirit in the US-China comprehensive competition.
