桥面铺装纳米材料-SBS复合改性沥青高温流变性能研究

Study on the high-temperature rheological properties of nano-material-SBS composite-modified asphalt for bridge deck pavement

摘要 为改善桥面铺装刚柔界面的粘结性能,采用纳米材料对SBS改性沥青进行改性获得纳米材料-SBS复合改性沥青,并将其用于桥面铺装沥青混合料的胶结材料,通过基本性能和动态剪切流变试验对纳米材料-SBS复合改性沥青的三大指标和高温流变性能进行研究。研究结果表明:纳米材料可有效改善SBS改性沥青的高温流变性能。65℃后纳米材料-SBS复合改性沥青和SBS改性沥青的高温流变性能不断逼近。试验温度为46℃、52℃、58℃、64℃、70℃、76℃和82℃时,纳米材料-SBS复合改性沥青的车辙因子较SBS改性沥青分别增大19.78%、15.26%、28.32%、87.37%、43.44%、89.22%和163.32%。 In order to improve the bonding performance of the rigid and flexible interface of bridge deck pavement,nanomaterials were used to modify SBS modified asphalt to obtain nanomaterial-SBS composite modified asphalt,which was then used as the binding material for bridge deck pavement asphalt mixture.The basic performance and high-temperature rheological properties of nanomaterials-SBS composite modified asphalt were studied through basic performance and dynamic shear rheological tests.The results show that nanomaterials can effectively improve the hightemperature rheological properties of SBS modified asphalt.The test data show that after 65℃,the high-temperature rheological properties of nanomaterials-SBS composite modified asphalt and SBS modified asphalt keep approaching.At the test temperatures of 46℃,52℃,58℃,64℃,70℃,76℃and 82℃,the rutting factor of the nanomaterial-SBS composite modified asphalt increased by 19.78%、15.26%、28.32%、87.37%、43.44%、89.22%和163.32%respectively compared with the SBS modified asphalt.
