离心泵转子轴激光熔覆实验分析

摘要 通过实验设计,解决离心泵转子轴耐磨性不足问题,制订单道熔覆与多道搭接熔覆的实验方案。通过单道熔覆实验对激光熔覆层基本性能进行评估,通过多道搭接熔覆实验考察熔覆层均匀性和整体性能。实验结果表明,多道搭接熔覆能够改善熔覆层结构均匀性,提升其耐磨性。该实验结果验证了采用激光熔覆方法可解决离心泵转子轴在高负荷环境下性能不足的问题。 Through experimental design,the problem of insufficient wear resistance of centrifugal pump rotor shaft is solved,and experimental schemes for single pass cladding and multi pass overlap cladding are formulated.Evaluate the basic performance of laser cladding layer through single pass cladding experiment,and investigate the uniformity and overall performance of cladding layer through multi pass overlap cladding experiment.The experimental results show that multi-pass overlap cladding can improve the uniformity of the cladding layer structure and enhance its wear resistance.The experimental results verify that the use of laser cladding method can solve the problem of insufficient performance of centrifugal pump rotor shaft in high load environment.
