摘要
以硅灰为矿物掺合料,揭示了硅灰掺量对赤泥基碱激发胶凝材料干缩及力学性能的影响机制。实验结果表明:硅灰降低了赤泥基碱激发胶凝材料干缩试样成型时的需水量,优化了赤泥基碱激发胶凝材料的干缩及抗折、抗压强度。在硅灰掺量为15%时,赤泥基碱激发胶凝材料的干缩最低为986με,与未掺硅灰的对照组相比降低了43%;在硅灰掺量为3%时,赤泥基碱激发胶凝材料的抗折、抗压强度最高分别为9.6MPa、59.8MPa,与未掺硅灰的对照组相比分别提升了24%与8%。
Using silica fume as a mineral admixture,this study reveals the influence mechanisms of silica fume content on the drying shrinkage and mechanical properties of red mud-based alkali-activated cementitious materials.Experimental results demonstrate that silica fume reduces the water demand during molding of drying shrinkage specimens and optimizes both the shrinkage resistance and flexural/compressive strength of the material.At a 15%silica fume dosage,the minimum drying shrinkage of the material reaches 986με,representing a 43%reduction compared to the control group without silica fume.At a 3%silica fume dosage,the material achieves peak flexural and compressive strengths of 9.6 MPa and 59.8 MPa,respectively,corresponding to increases of 24%and 8%compared to the control group.
