高纯石英砂的研究进展:从原料提纯到功能化应用

摘要 高纯石英砂因其高熔点、低热膨胀系数、优异透光性及化学稳定性,成为半导体、光伏、光纤等高新技术产业的关键原材料。本文概述了当前我国高纯石英砂的发展现状。介绍了目前我国石英资源的开发现状;围绕石英砂的典型除杂手段,详细阐述了从原料预处理到石英砂的浮选、酸浸和热处理等工艺的原理和研究进展;总结了高纯石英砂在半导体、光伏、光纤和光学等领域的典型应用以及发展趋势;结合我国当前石英资源和高纯石英砂提纯技术的发展现状,提出了关于我国高纯石英行业的发展建议,为高纯石英的国产化发展提供参考。 High-purity quartz sand,characterized by its high melting point,low thermal expansion coefficient,excellent light transmittance,and remarkable chemical stability,has become a crucial raw material for high-tech industries such as semiconductors,photovoltaics,and optical fibers.This paper provides an overview of the current development status of high-purity quartz sand in China.It presents the current situation of the exploitation of domestic quartz resources,elaborates in detail on the principles and research progress of processes from raw material pretreatment to flotation,acid leaching,and heat treatment of quartz sand,centering around typical impurity removal methods.Additionally,it summarizes the typical applications and development trends of high-purity quartz sand in semiconductor,photovoltaic,optical fiber,and optical fields.By integrating the current status of China’s quartz resources and high-purity quartz sand purification technologies,this paper puts forward development suggestions for China’s high-purity quartz industry,aiming to offer references for the localized development of high-purity quartz.
