摘要
为筛选出适宜米粉加工的专用稻新品种,以满足日益增长的米粉加工业对专用稻米的需求。2024年选用澜优151、澜优7954、洆优7954等11个高直链淀粉含量的水稻新品种,以宜优673为对照(CK),在福建省农业科学院南平现代农业育种基地开展品种筛选试验,对参试品种的生育期、主要农艺性状、产量、稻瘟病抗性和稻米品质等方面进行系统比较分析。结果表明:澜优7954和洆优7954这2个品种产量高,分别比宜优673(CK)显著增产7.23%和6.38%,中抗和抗稻瘟病,稻米直链淀粉含量高(分别为26.7%和26.3%),综合性状表现突出,是理想的米粉加工专用稻品种。澜优151、璇两优外七和洆优3219等3个品种产量较高,分别比宜优673(CK)增产4.26%、2.13%和0.43%,稻瘟病抗性强,稻米直链淀粉含量高(分别为27.2%、26.0%和26.2%),综合性状表现较好,可以作为米粉加工专用稻的重要候选品种。
In order to screen out the new rice varieties of special rice suitable for rice noodle processing to meet the increasing demand for special rice in the industry of rice flour processing.In 2024,11 new rice varieties with high grain amylose content,including Lanyou 151,Lanyou 7954,and Chengyou 7954,were selected.By taking Yiyou 673 as the control variety(CK),a variety screening experiment was carried out in Nanping Modern Agricultural Breeding Base of Fujian Academy of Agricultural Sciences.Then,the growth period,main agronomic traits,yield,rice blast resistance and rice quality of the tested varieties were systematically compared and analyzed.The results showed that:compared with Yiyou 673(CK),the yield of the two rice varieties,Lanyou 7954 and Chengyou 7954,was significantly increased by 7.23%and 6.38%,respectively.They showed moderate resistance to rice blast and high grain amylose content(26.7%and 26.3%,respectively),exhibiting exceptional comprehensive traits.They were ideal rice varieties specifically developed for the processing of rice noodles.The yield of Lanyou 151,Xuanliangyou Waiqi and Chengyou 3219 was higher than that of Yiyou 673(CK),which increased by 4.26%,2.13%and 0.43%,respectively.They showed strong resistance to rice blast and high grain amylose content(27.2%,26.0%,and 26.2%,respectively),with good comprehensive traits,which could be used as the important candidate varieties for special rice used in the processing of rice noodles.
