摘要
城郊“三元社区”是中国近年来城市化发展历程的缩影,展现了近郊村民的空间城市化、市民的郊区化和外来务工者的人口城市化趋势,是实践城乡融合的重要场域。采取“城乡中国”视角对津郊张家村的田野调查发现,城乡元素在社区中碰撞与交叠,村民、市民和外来务工者三大群体共享同一地域空间,因建筑规划、社会历史、文化传统、制度规范等因素形成彼此间的区隔,表现在生活空间、社会待遇、人际交往、心理认同诸方面。促进城乡融合要在空间规划层面打破人为区隔,社区治理层面兼顾不同利益群体的诉求,各群体自身层面做出适当改变,制度层面加大改革力度。不同于城乡二元结构视角的“城市本位”与“城—郊—乡”三元结构视角的“郊区本位”,“城乡中国”视角把城乡看作一体,关注不同元素的互动和交融,有助于丰富城郊社区研究的思路。
As the epitome of the development of urbanization in China in recent years,the Ternary Community of the suburbs shows the space urbanization of the villagers of the suburbs,the suburbanization of citizens,and the population urbanization of migrant workers,thus becoming an important field for practicing urban-rural integration.Based on the fieldwork of Zhangjia Village from the perspective of“urban-rural China”,it is found out that urban and rural elements collided and overlapped in such communities in which villagers,citizens,and migrant workers share the same area space.Due to factors such as architectural planning,social history,cultural traditions,and institutional norms,there are gaps between them which are manifested in aspects such as living space,social treatment,interpersonal communication,and psychological identity.Promoting urban-rural integration requires breaking down artificial barriers in spatial planning,balancing the demands of different interest groups in community governance,making appropriate changes at the individual level of each group,and increasing reform efforts at the institutional level.Unlike the“urban based”and“suburban based”approaches,the perspective of“urban-rural China”regards urban and rural areas as a unity,focusing on the interaction and integration of different elements,which helps to enrich the research ideas of suburban communities.
