摘要
城郊村(社区)是一种历史存在、一种特殊社会样态。新型城镇化进程中的城郊村(社区)发展,需要以新发展理念为引领,转变城镇化方式;需要从当前中国城郊村(社区)的客观实际出发,特别是依据城郊村(社区)的边缘化困境和边缘效应,实施城镇化方式的创新。未来一个时期城郊村(社区)的新型城镇化,应当结合国家的宏观发展导向和城郊村(社区)的具体现实,选择新的发展策略。牢固树立城郊村(社区)城镇化的新理念,有效推进城郊村(社区)的"边缘创新",努力建构城郊村(社区)城镇化的新机制。
Suburban village(community)is a kind of historical existence,a kind of special social status.The development of suburban village(community)during the new urbanization need the change of urbanization way led by new development ideas;and it need the innovative ways of urbanization to be done,especially according to the marginalization dilemma and marginalized effects of suburban village(community),on the basis of the objective reality of current Chinese suburban villages.In the next period,the new urbanization of suburban village(community)should be combined with the country's macro development orientation and the concrete reality of suburban village(community),choosing a new development strategy.We should establish the new ideas of urbanization of suburban village(community)firmly,promote the marginalized innovation of suburban village(community)effectively,and work hard to build the new mechanism of urbanization of suburban village(community).
